At GHS, we recently conducted a POSH & POCSO awareness training for our support staff and admin team, led by Ms Sheelam Bajpai, associated with India Pesticides Limited

It wasn't just a session — it was a reminder. A reminder that child safety isn't the responsibility of one department or one policy; it's something every single adult on campus carries, every single day.

Our team walked away with a clearer understanding of what protection really looks like — awareness, vigilance and the courage to speak up when something feels wrong.

Because before anything else, our children need to feel safe. Everything else follows from there.
