Fee Regulations and Payment Guidelines

To maintain smooth administrative functioning, parents are requested to carefully follow the fee payment policies outlined below.

1. Mode of Payment

School fees should be deposited through any of the following methods:

  • Online payment through the School ERP / Parent App.
  • Account Payee cheque or bank draft in favour of Gyan Heritage School payable at the designated bank branch.

Cash payments will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Due Date for Payment

The school fee for each month must be deposited on or before the 10th day of the respective month.

If the due date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the fee may be deposited on the next working day.

3. Late Payment

If the fee is not deposited by the due date, a late fee of ₹400 will be applicable.

Failure to pay the fee for a prolonged period may lead to temporary suspension of the student from attending classes until the dues are cleared.

4. Non-Payment of Fees

If the fee remains unpaid even after repeated reminders, the school reserves the right to remove the student’s name from the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only after payment of all outstanding dues along with the re-admission charge of ₹800.

5. Clearance of Dues

Students with outstanding school dues will not be permitted to:

  • Attend classes
  • Appear in examinations
  • Receive report cards or certificates

All dues must be cleared before the commencement of examinations.

6. Cheque Payment Rules

  • Cheques must be Account Payee crossed cheques only.
  • The student’s name, class, section and contact number must be clearly written on the reverse side.
  • Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.

7. Dishonoured Cheques

If a cheque issued by a parent is returned unpaid by the bank, the parent will be required to:

  • Pay the fee amount again, and Pay an additional bank penalty and cheque return charge as applicable.
  • Repeated cheque dishonour may lead to withdrawal of cheque payment facility.

8. Examination Eligibility

Students must ensure that all school fees and other dues are cleared before examinations. Those with pending dues will not be permitted to appear in any school examination.

9. Mid-Session Withdrawal

If a student attends school even for one day in April - and is later withdrawn during mid session for any reason , has to pay full fees for the first term that is upto September. Further , if a student withdraws after the month of September , will have to pay the full fees for the second term that is upto 31st of March.

10. Transfer Certificate (TC)

A Transfer Certificate will be issued only after:

  • All school dues have been cleared
  • The required TC fee has been deposited

11. Duplicate Fee Receipt

In case a duplicate fee receipt is required, a nominal administrative charge of Rs 100/- shall be applicable.
